Mandaveli Bus Terminus

Project Background:
This project has been developed in co-operation with TNHSCB and Transport department of Tamil Nadu.The site before design and development did not have clear zones for parking of 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers. The development of pedestrian access was insufficient. The ground floor had few run down offices which were mostly unoccupied. We addressed to these issues through our design by creating designated parking lots for 2 & 4 wheelers. Improved pedestrian access and introduced commercial retail activity along with offices.From the existing G + 1 structure, our design is G +3 with offices and hospitality uses at a higher level to make the building more efficient and promote mixed use planning.
