This winning entry for the CMDA competition envisioned transforming the existing lakefront into a biodiverse, universally accessible, and pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood hub. It blends recreation, conservation, and smart technology to improve accessibility, restore biodiversity, and manage stormwater.
