This winning entry for the CMDA and PosadMaxwan competition envisioned transforming the existing lakefront into a biodiverse, universally accessible, and pedestrian-friendly neighborhood hub. The proposal aimed to integrate recreational and social amenities that strengthen local identity while promoting community-driven, long-term ecological resilience. The design was guided by key principles such as enhanced access and connectivity, resilient water body management, inclusivity, and a strong emphasis on public health and welfare.
